RMS Sales Policy
At RMS, we offers free normal postage for all items.
Purchase over $60, free Registered Mailing will be provided.
Items will be mailed out within 12 hours upon payment confirmation. Customer will received an email and/or sms (At customer preference) from RMS upon us shipping out the product.
Do note that RMS will not be responsible for lost, damaged or delayed product upon product being transferred over to posting agent (Sing Post in our case). RMS though, will ensure that all items are in good condition before mailing out.

How to Place an Order

RMS will then follow up with you within 12 hour to confirm your order (we will need to ensure that the item you are ordering is in stock) as well as providing you the payment detail for your reference
Once payment is made by the buyer and confrim by RMS, RMS will proceed to mail out the item to you within the next 12 hours.
